Of course, you can cancel, downgrade or upgrade your subscription anytime.
Sure! We have protection from OWASP Top Ten Most Critical Web Application Security Risks. All your data are in safe. Is it worth it to say we don't distribute your data to third parties (even our employees don't have access to your data). Furthermore, you can install copy of JTrack on your server and control it yourself.
You connect your Jira instance to JTrack (you will find instructions on corresponded page). We're obtaining the data from your Jira and making convenient reports and charts for you. Moreover, you can specify what exactly reports and charts you need, specify fields, add subusers, etc.
Data is obtained automatically every hour (except for Demo plan) and also you can start obtain manually (except for Demo and Startup plans).
We're using Jira API for data capturing. It's legal.
What difference between "server" and other plans?
Same as between Jira Server and Jira Cloud:
If you want to host this application on your server, you can buy "Server" plan. We provide the source codes, database and instructions how to install it (you need to have some server programming/administrative experience).
Otherwise, you can buy cloud plan and don't be worried about tech stuff.
Please note: if you have Jira Server without internet access (you cannot access to your Jira from anywhere except your organization's intranet) then our cloud plans cannot work with your Jira. Only in this case, you have to buy server, otherwise you have not to.
Users in Jira is means subusers in JTrack. You can give them access to all of your data or to theirs data only.
If you have a lot of manageres under your control, you can check out "Corporate" account and don't buy lot of "Manager" plans for each manager. Corporate account is providing unlimited managers' subaccounts
Corporate plan is best for CEOs or heads of department
Why you don't placed in Atlassian Marketplace?
Atlassian Marketplace is place for servlets and plugins for Jira and co.
